Matrix of Drop Down Menus
Use this question type if you would like respondents to select from multiple options with drop down menus.
To Create this Question
- Enter the question in the ‘Question Text’ box. To go to the next line, press shift+enter. To change the formatting of your question, see Rich Text Editor.
- In the box labeled ‘Answer Choices,’ type or paste the response headings (one per line) that you would like to appear on the left side of the matrix.
- Label the menu heading and list the responses in the ‘Menu Choices’ box (1 answer per line)
- Choose your optional settings from the right hand side of the question editor
- To add the question to your survey, click Save
- You can choose to have up to 20 menus in your matrix. To select the number of menus, choose from the ‘Select the number of menus below’ drop down box.

- Require Answer to Question
- Change Question Size & Placement
