Rich Text Editor
With the rich text editor, you can easily add styling to your text; insert pictures and links into your survey, paste from Microsoft Word, and more. To access these options, click on the ‘Rich Text Editor’ link at the top right of any question editor.
Note: Some changes made in the Rich Text Editor will not be displayed in the survey editor, but will appear in preview mode and in the final survey.
Font Options

Bold, Underline, Italicize, Strikethrough, Subscript, Superscript

Change the font to Arial, Arial Black, Comic Sans MS, Courier New, Narrow, Garamond, Georgia, Impact, Sans Serif, Serif, Tahoma, Trebuchet MS, Verdana

Change the Font Size (1-7)

Insert Image from URL- all images inserted using the text editor need to be hosted online. You can use a free site such as photobucket.com to host your images. To insert, click the ‘Insert Image’ button, then enter the image url in the pop-up. Once inserted, you can change the alignment using the paragraph alignment buttons.

Insert Hyperlink- Highlight the text you want to link to an external site. Click on the ‘Insert Hyperlink’ button and enter the link into the popup box. It is helpful to add instructions to survey respondents to CTRL+Click the hyperlink so they are not navigated away from the survey.
