Date & Time Entry
Use this question type if you would like respondents to choose a specific date and/or time as their response.
To Create this Question
- Enter the question heading in the ‘Question Text’ box. To go to the next line, press shift+enter. To change the formatting of your question, see Rich Text Editor.
- From the drop down menu, choose date only, time only, or both date and time. If you chose a date option, you can then choose to change the format using the drop down menu on the right.
- In the box called ‘input choices,’ type or paste your labels for each line one label per line. The number of labels will indicate the number of text boxes.
- Choose your optional settings from the right hand side of the question editor
- To add the question to your survey, click Save
- Change the Sort Type
- Require Answer to Question
- Change Question Size & Placement
