Use this question type to upload an image for survey respondents to view.

To Create this Question

1. Enter an image description or caption in the ‘description’ box. To change the formatting of your text, see Rich Text Editor.
2. Click the ‘Upload Image‘ box  to browse for images on your computer, then click upload. To clear the image, click the x in the top right hand corner.
3. Choose your optional settings from the right hand side of the question editor
4. To add the question to your survey, click Save
