Forms Manager
FORMS MANAGER
Saved forms are stored in your Forms Manager. In the Forms Manager, you can sort saved forms by title or date created, preview or delete each form, or click the form title to edit.
PREVIEW YOUR FORM
To preview your form, click the preview link to the far right of the form title in the Forms Manager.
DELETE A FORM
To delete a form, navigate to the delete link to the far right of the form name in your Forms Manager. When you click ‘Delete,’ a confirm delete box will pop up and ask, “This form will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Are you sure?” Click Delete Form to continue.
