SurveyAct Help Center

To create a new survey:

1. Click on + New Survey on the top of any page.
2. Enter a name for your survey, as well as an optional description. (The description will not be shown to respondents, but can be used to help you remember the survey details.)
3. Choose your theme
4. Choose your settings
5. Click Continue
