You can merge 2 pages into 1 by clicking the Merge Pages link that appears between pages in your survey. A dialogue box will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to merge the pages because this action cannot be undone.  To continue, click Merge Pages.

You can split a page into 2 pages by clicking on the Split Page link that appears between each question on a page in your survey.  The split page dialog box will appear, where you can add an optional page title and description for the new page. Click Save & Return to Survey.  

You can delete a page and all the questions on it by clicking on the Delete Page option in the Edit Page drop down menu.  A dialogue box will appear asking to confirm that you would like to delete the page; this action cannot be undone.  Click on Delete Page in the dialogue box to confirm.  Remaining pages will automatically be renumbered.
