How can I add terms & conditions or a privacy policy to my survey?
A: Add a RADIO BUTTON MULTIPLE CHOICE (ONE ANSWER) question to your survey. The question text should your be your terms or policy, and the response choices should be ‘Yes, I agree’ and ‘No, I do not agree.’ Make sure to make your question required in the question editor, so respondents can’t skip over it.
To automatically disqualify respondents who select ‘No’ :
- Click the + Page Jump button at the bottom right corner of the page that contains your Yes/No question.
- Create your rule by choosing the question the Radio Button question with your terms and setting the rule to: If P1Q1 IS EQUAL TO ‘NO, I DO NOT AGREE’ THEN END SURVEY.
