Creating Contact Groups
Contact Groups are lists of names and email addresses that you can use to send your surveys to via an E-mail Campaign, on a one time or consistent basis.
You can create a new Contact Group directly from the Distribution box, or by clicking on Contact Groups on the sidebar and then clicking + New Group.
To manually add e-mail addresses to your list, click on Add at the top right corner of the New Contact Group Page. A pop-up box will appear where you can either type or copy and paste the information. The format should be as follows: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Custom 1, Custom 2. Click Save & Continue and the contacts will be automatically added to your list.
