How can I collect contact info while keeping survey responses anonymous?
A: Create a second survey, completely separate from your original survey. Add a ‘Contact Info’ question from the Text Field question type category, and then navigate to the distribute tab to generate a Web Link for the new survey. Return to your original survey, and add a ‘Section Header’ question from the Special Question type category to the last page. Insert your link, along with any instructions you want to provide. Make sure to inform users that their contact info will not be connected to their responses. You will be able to download the responses to your survey as well as the contact information, without there being any link between the two.
