Registering with SurveyAct
To set up an account, click register on the top of the page, or go the create account box on the home page. Simply enter a username, your e-mail address, and a password, followed by your name and address. Once you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policy, click ‘sign up.’
You will receive an e-mail asking you to verify your e-mail address; you must verify within 7 days or your account will be suspended.
Once your registration is completed, you will be able to log in anytime with the username and password that you created.
