Respected Sir/ Madam,

The present study is a PhD study to assess health profile of Amaravathi city using Urban Health Equity Assessment and Response tool (Urban HEART) prepared by WHO Kobe centre. The main aim of the study is to assess the health gap and to suggest measures to reduce the health inequities among people residing at Amaravathi capital region of Andhra Pradesh. The objectives of study are to assess Health Outcomes from government health care centres, to assess the influence of social determinants of health on health outcomes and to identify Health inequities and their determinants in Amaravathi capital region using data available in the public domain.
The Urban HEART tool has six domains related to health outcomes and their determinants with a set of indicators in each domain to assess Health inequity. The list of indicators will change from country to country or area to area based on local settings. At the same time, all the indicators will not have equal importance.
With this background, I am requesting you to kindly review the selected indicators and give your valuable feedback whether the listed indicators are relevant to the current study aims and objectives.

Kindly give score from 1-5 (1 for lowest and 5 for highest) for each character of listed indicators regarding importance, Specificity, Measurability Relevance and Time bound characters. Please also state  the Attainability of this measure from the current data of the govt in the public domain  for each character.
